As we look into this year we see many coming together sharing their wisdom, insights and yearnings. Strong yearnings to be a part of healthy communities and to experience healthy individual and collective prosperity. Though these yearnings have existed since Humanity’s beginning, this new course we are charting is opening doors to different horizons and dimensions.

“Some people see things as they are and ask why. Others dream things that never where and say why not.”

I have added my own version that says…

“I see things that never were and say of course!”

I recently heard the author Gregg Braden speak about the importance of cooperation as a viable means toward a global experience of peace. And, Christine Legarde, the newly appointed head of the International Monetary Fund, spoke of the importance of cooperation as the necessary component for moving through many of the global challenges we face at this time. Flo Magdalena has brought forth much information about the models of cooperation we will be living.

We hold within us, encoded in every cell in our bodies, the intelligence to live in ways most of us have only glimpsed. Lives of peace, cooperation, harmony, perfect health, balance, light and love. These codes of intelligence are always present. We are never without these. Can you imagine this as the reality? Our greatest contribution at this spectacular moment is to call these codes of intelligence forth into our human experience. And yet, this is an individual choice.

We have the perfect opportunity right now, to create new ways of being. As the old models of institutions and practices that do not support the whole, the recognition that we are all in this together, implode and fall away, we must have the new to take the place of the old.

The pallet is ours to create with. This is worth experimenting with. It’s worth a try. A shift to cooperation, to a new way, to something much healthier is worth the effort. There are waves and waves and waves of potential!

I have to listen to the channeling again, but one thing that was said was about breathing in two different ways, whilst doing the bellows breath. That breath is the one that flows into the sacred space (heart, soul seed and solar plexus), and then out into the universe, and then back in. What was said was about exchanging the breaths, so that you inhale from the universe and exhale into the universe, and then reverse it. I was confused, until I realize that what they were saying was to become the universe and breath as if “I”, we are the universe.

The way that feels is amazing! Try it and let’s see what happens. So stand outside of yourself, as far away as you can imagine, and breathe in. Then exhale into yourself, which is represented by your body, BUT NOT YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS. Let’s dialogue about that one!

I am also attempting to continue to stand in the knowingness that I will not be “losing” my father to the cancer that is taking up residence in his body but will be able to access his wisdom and love instantaneously, as I do right now. Sometimes the human part of me resists, but Rene’ said something very powerful to me and I paraphrase…. “Yeah, we are spiritual beings filled with light… yada, yada.yada… but we are having a physical experience and sometimes it sucks!” So I get to look at how to “be” in my physical self, experience the soul connection of eternal life and still have my emotions. Humpf!!! Who would have thought it possible? And… in all of this – be witness to the dignity of what we are creating here with this life and “death” and forgetting and remembering who we really are.

So, I choose to connect in with you wonderful creatures of interactive, prismatic, rainbow light, loving cuddlebugs and relax into the puppy pile of our field.

It has been an interesting and ever evolving 3 weeks. Lots of ups and downs. The work feels like it is grinding throughsometimes like a scraper scraping barnacles off a ship.

I have been mostly focused on contiuing to develop my understanding of the link between the Soul and the Mind and I have been making great progress. I feel that this is really important to get for us to be free. I have a whole new paradigm developing for what mind, light, soul, ego, identity, experiencing, feelings, meaning, symbols  etc are, and the relationship between all of these, and how they play in with one another, and how and where we get lost from this.  But to get there I have to experience hell – separation, not being light etc. in a deep way. No blocking or obscurations of it of the experience of this.

I did this this morning when I woke up at 4:30  as ussaul stressed out about work, financials, the future and I got more understanding of these relationships and by the time I had to get up at 6:30 I was experiencing beign light rather than ego identity and that light was what the ego identiy was made up of as well while experiencing this.

On another note I went to give a get Deeksha (Oneness Blessing) a few nights ago and had a really cool experience. I felt the divintiy really coming through me and the experince of the divinity also expanding in my body. I had felt the divinity before since I was trained as a belssing giver in November but never really in my body and never expannding in its experience within my body.

Anyway what was really cool was that I was giving Deeksha with all my heart and I would feel heart thread connections come out and be established between me and the person I was giving Deeksha to. I really wanted a union, an experience for them, a knowing. And then I would start feeling their SoulSeed and there felt like a solidity to it. What I actually was feelig was trhem feeling this. I was not trying or thinking about this happenning it just did. Wow. And it really surprised me. I was like an observer wathcing it happen and at the same time standing aside and letting it happen. there was not any sense it was me doing it and I had not even had the thought of thsi happenning. It was simply happenning. That was exciting and thrilling. I felt the apprecaition from those I connected who experiened this. An appreciation for this conenction to their own Soul and for the heart to heart.

So stuff is happenning and I am not really doing it and it clearly is out our soul retrieval work. This never happened before our workshop. I look forward to it continuing to expand for all of us and the world.
